Right after Sukkot through May 31 but excluding Chanukah, the last 2 weeks in January and Pesach
June 1 through Yom Kippur, Chanukah and the last 2 weeks in January
All bookings require a $200 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit. 50% of rent is due upon signing of lease. Second 50% rent plus cleaning fee and security deposit are due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation Policy: The cleaning fee and security deposit are fully refundable in the event of cancellation before arrival. If we are able to re-rent the apartment then we will gladly refund all rent deposits less 10% of the rent. Otherwise, all payments are final and non-refundable. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
